Since 1970 Suncoast Paving, Inc. has manufactured quality virgin hot-mix asphalt at our plant in Tarpon Springs. All of our mixes meet F.D.O.T standards past and current. Recycled mixes are not currently available but we are looking at the best possible way to add these to our product offerings.

Seal coating is recommended by the asphalt institute and national asphalt paving association wherever the asphalt is porous, in an effort to prevent surface waters from saturating the asphalt.

Stamped Asphalt refers to the process of imprinting heated asphalt with a decorative pattern, followed by a protective coating. Asphalt Street Impressions serves as a cost effective alternative to traditional brick pavers which can be costly to implement, costly to maintain and present an unnecessary liability.
