We are seeking an individual with commercial construction experience for the Tampa Bay and surrounding area. The candidate will be responsible for the full bid process including: bid development, subcontractor solicitation, submittals, cost-analysis, some contract administration, and project management as required. |
| Skills/Requirements: |
A college degree is preferred with 3-5 years of estimating experience with focus on commercial asphalt paving projects of various sizes. D.O.T experience is a plus. Candidate should have understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft office and bidding software. |
